1. Soak kabob skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Grill ham medallions 2 to 3 minutes per side or until heated through.

3. Combine vegetables, oil and rosemary; toss gently to coat.

4. Thread vegetables onto wooden skewers. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Cook on grill until desired doneness, turning every 5 minutes.
