Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet. Coat chops on both sides with seasoning. Add chops to skillet; cook 6 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
Add chicken broth, green beans and 1/2 cup water; stir. Heat to a boil.
Stir in rice. Top with chops; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
